FCHQ CLASSES

  • Our strength-driven program designed for those who want to get stronger, build muscle, and move with purpose. Youโ€™ll see compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses finishing with accessories & conditioning.

  • Breaking down and refining technical movements typically seen in functional training.

    Gymnastics skills and Olympic lifts such as the snatch and clean & jerks. Catering to beginner level to elite level athletes.

  • FC Competitors training. Specifically focusing on athletes wanting to compete in functional fitness competitions. As intimidating as it sounds, we cater to all fitness levels that are curious to try!


    Cross training various movements, training methods & energy systems. Training an all rounded athlete.
